Dhote Bandhu Sciecce College inaugurated an International Conference On “Women Empowerment & Leadership and Training Workshop on Self-Defense”.

Gondia_-       An International conference was organized on “Women Empowerment & Leadership know your potential, your potential is limitless & Training Workshop on Self Defense- A step towards women Empowerment for girls Students during 26th  to 30th November, 2018 on the occasion of Golden Jubilee Year by Dhote Bandhu Science College run by Gondia Education society.

The inaugural function was graced & inaugurated with the hands of Hon’ble President Smt. Varsha Praful Patel, Gondia Education Society, In the presence of Hon’ble  Shri Harish Baijal (IPS) Superintendent of police, Gondia, Hon’ble Shri. Rajendra Jain Secretary of Gondia Education Society, Hon’ble Shri. Nikhil Jain, Director of Gondia Education Society, Hon’ble Dr. Shashikala Wanjari, Vice-Chancellor of SNDT Women’s University Mumbai , Hon’ble Prof. G.D. Sharma, Vice- Chancellor of Bilaspur University, Bilaspur, Hon’ble Dr. R. K. Gupta Director of MGIRI, Wardha, Hon’ble Shri. Dipam Patel, Executive Member of Gondia Education Society Gondia & the invited Foreign delegates Dr. Nirmala Naidu Sugnanam, Australia, Ajitha Naidu Sugnanam Key note speaker of the conference, Dr. David Flood, Mr. Sully James Luepke, Mr. Ian Labrone Green, USA, Mr. Sithisaeng Saengon, USA Ms. Deborah Ann McCann USA, Ms- kate Elizabeth McCambley USA., Dr. Anjan Naidu, Convener & Principal of D. Principal & Convener Dr.  Anjan Naidu in his welcome address revealed the mission & scope of the Conference, Shri Rajendra Jain, Secretary of Gondia Education Society, Gondia gave his introductory speech, he spoke about successful 50 glorious years of Dhote Bandhu college & the progress of Gondia Education society in Gondia and Bhandara district and wished the conference a great success. Hon’ble Shri. Harish Baijal, IPS Superintendent of Police, Gondia threw light on the Empowerment of Women and also said each and every person must prefer cycling. Dr. Ajitha Niadu Sugnanam, Australia, as a key note speaker she focused the status of women in  various sectors in all walks of life in terms of education, financial, social, political etc about india and across the globe. Hon’ble Dr. Shashikala Wanjari threw light in her speech and said that every women must possess positive prospective towards every situation & try to tackle it. Hon’ble DR. G. D. Sharma spoke on the occasion that the place of the women is very crucial in life and women must try to speed up her task in every sector of life to represent the nation. Furthermore the abstract book was released with the hands of Hon’ble Smt. Varsha Patel and all the dignitaries present on the dais .

A Video clip message of Miss Jen Bahen, Director TAFE Australia was shown in the conference along with the successful flight of our gems selected in the TCS gave their message during the conference. Hon’ble Smt. Varsha Patel, inaugurator of the conference in her presidential speech threw light on the role of the woman is very crucial and revealed women’s various roles not only in the family but also in all walks of life and also blessed to accelerate the positivity in women & success of the conference. The Press, all Media Persons, Reporters and the Editors were felicitated by offering a bouquet and memento with the hands of Hon’ble Smt. Varsha Patel President, and Hon’ble Shri. Rajendra Jain, Secretary Gondia Education respectively and also invited guests, foreign delegates were presented memento by the hands of convener. Prof. Rani Khan, Ku. Drishti Singh, Ku. Anushree Pachchikar and Ku. Tasneem Quereshi were conducted the proceeding and Dr. Sheetal Juneja Banerjee proposed a vote of thanks. At the end of the events all the invitees, guests, teachers, participants and  all the students paid tribute to the victims and martyrs on the 10th anniversary of 26th November attack in Mumbai. The event is ended with National Anthem. All the teaching and non-teaching staff members worked hard to make the inaugural ceremony of the conference a grand success.
