DELHI : The second General Assembly of National OBC Association is to be organized in Delhi on 07 August, 2017. On the occasion, all the leaders of different parties from various states over the country will come together on the same platform. The arrangement of the assembly is going on with great vigor and is getting great response from OBC office-bearers and social workers.It is appealed to all the OBC office bearers, social workers, officials, employees etc. to participate in the assembly on a large scale. V. Ishvaraiya, Ex-justice and Ex-chairman of Commission of Backward classes will inaugurate the function at the Conference Hall of Constitution Club, Rafi Marg, Delhi on Mandal Commission Day. ShriHansrajAhir, Cabinet Minister of State for Home Affairs will be the guest of honour. On the occasion, ShriAnantGeete, Cabinet Minister of Heavy Industries, ShriBandaruDattatreya, Cabinet Minister of State for labour, ShriRajenGohain, Cabinet Minister of State for Railway, Shri Ashok Gahlot, Ex-CM ofRajasthan, PankajaMunde, Minister of Rural Development, Women and Child Welfare, ShriChandrashekarBawankude, Minister for Energy, Shri Ganesh Singh, MP & Chairman of OBC Parliamentary Committee, Devendra Gaud, Member of RajyaSabha, ShriNanabhauPatole, MP, Shri Ali Anwar Ansari MP, Shri Sunil Kedar MLA, Dr. P. C. Patanjali, Ex-Chancellor of New Delhi will be the chief guest of the programme. The first session of the assembly will be presided over by Prof. BabanraoTaywade Co-ordinator, National OBC Association. Durind the session, SharadYadav, MP & Ex-Cabinet Minister, who is the top leader of the Indian Bahujan Movement on social & political level will be felicitated. The second session of the assembly will be presided by Dr. KhushalchandraBopche; Ex-MP & Political Co-ordinator of National OBC Association. During the session, Anupriya Patel, Cabinet Minister of State of Health & Family Welfare, ShriMahadeoJankar, Cabinet Minister of Maharashtra for Animal Husbedry, Dairy development and Fisheries Development, ShriHukumdevYadav MP, Shri RAJKUMAR Saini MP,ShriRapoluBhaskar, MP of RajyaSabha from Telangana, Shri K. Keshevrao, Shri D. Shriniwasan, Ex-MP, Shri Vijay Wadettiwar, MLA from Maharashtra, Dr. ParinayFuke, Shri J. Parthasarthy, Editor of Voice of India, Engr. PradipDhobale, Chairman of OBC SevaSangh, ShriKasturiJayaprasad, Sectretary of B. C. Centre for Empowerment will remain present as Chief guests.
In the General Assembly, the social and educational condition of OBC all over the country will be discussed. The discussion will be carried out about the direction and condition of the struggle for legal rights of OBC. The programme is organized on national level to protest against the evil attitude of the government about OBC. The various issues like to declare 7th August as OBC Day as Mandal Commission was implemented on the same day, to declare census of OBC, to establish independent Cabinet for OBC, to demolish the illegal condition of non-creamy layer, to implement independent proper mission to fill up the vacant seats of OBC, to implement pension scheme for farmers above the age of 60 years, to implement recommendations of Mandal Commission, Nachchipan Committee and Swaminathan Commission, to create independent constituency for OBC in Legislative Assembly & Legislative Council, to give legal status to OBC commission etc. will be discussed. The OBC Sangharsha Kruti Samiti Gondia alongwith Principal BabanraoTaywade, Organizer, National OBC Association, Dr. Khushalchandra Bopche, Political co-ordinator, Sachin Rajurkar, Sheshrao Yedekar, Khemendra Katre have appealed the people of OBC category to remain present on large scale in the national assembly
